Natalie Lester qualifies as a Resolution accredited specialist

Congratulations to Natalie Lester of Debenhams Ottaway! Natalie has been awarded Specialist Accreditation in Complex Financial Remedies and Cohabitation and TOLATA (The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996).

Being accredited is a sign of demonstrated excellence and quality that offers reassurance to clients that they are in safe hands. Clients can be confident when instructing Natalie, that she is able to represent them at the highest level, providing realistic and appropriate advice, and always upholding the Resolution code of practice. Natalie’s hard work adds another string to the firm’s family team’s bow. Listed in Tier 1 as a team in the Legal 500 directory, Natalie is also recognised as a ‘rising star’.

Resolution accredited specialists are proven experts in their areas of family law who have chosen to test their skills and expertise through a rigorous assessment of their knowledge, abilities and the way they work with clients and professionals. It is only awarded to those who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service after demonstrating a high level of competence, knowledge and best practice in family law.

“I am very pleased that my skills and expertise have been recognised in this way and clients can be confident when instructing me that I am able to represent them at the highest level, providing realistic and appropriate advice.” - Natalie Lester -

The scheme is run by Resolution whose members are family lawyers and other professionals committed to a constructive and amicable approach to family disputes. When assisting separating couples, they help them work together when ending their relationship and encouraging them to avoid the confrontation and expense of the courtroom in favour of open communication. Where possible, Natalie believes that we should encourage a less confrontational approach to family separation, which generally results in a less damaging and traumatic outcome for all. This is particularly important when children are involved.

“We are proud of her achievement which demonstrates her ongoing dedication to excellent client service.” - Debenhams Ottaway -
